Create new page, type the title and leave the content blank. Then choose the page template (right bottom) with name BLOG.

Use the FTP client. Right Click on the cache folder and then change the CHMOD, set it to 755

I really don’t understand.

I don’t know what is a cache folder. Could you tell me where it is please and wich line exactly and I have to edit.

I find the timthumb.php in the theme folder, but I don’t know where to check for the 644. It has 1117 line in the document.
